Support the testing, troubleshooting, repair, and validation of advanced electronic and electromechanical systems used in defense and mission-critical applications. This role focuses heavily on component-level diagnostics, test equipment operation, and failure analysis across analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics environments.

Responsibilities:
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics assemblies
- Analyze schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to isolate hardware faults
- Utilize diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters
- Apply electronics theory including Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Laws, transistor theory, op-amps, digital logic, and power conversion principles during fault analysis
- Identify failed or out-of-spec components including resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, and power devices
- Conduct functional, verification, and environmental testing to validate repairs and system performance
- Document root cause analysis, corrective actions, and repair activity within maintenance and quality systems
- Support engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams with technical troubleshooting and test activities
- Assist in developing troubleshooting procedures, repair documentation, and test plans
- Fabricate simple hardware assemblies and modifications as required

Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Department of Defense Secret Clearance preferred at time of hire
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on electronics troubleshooting or test experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair electronic assemblies at the component level
- Experience with analog circuits including amplifiers, oscillators, filters, and power supplies
- Experience with digital electronics including logic families, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces
- Understanding of power electronics including linear and switching regulators and motor drives
- Proficiency using electronic test and diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of computer-based test systems and documentation tools
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- FCC 1st Class License and/or Solder Repair Certification preferred
- Ability to work on-site in a laboratory or production environment as required
