Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities include: Lead a full service truck body shop Track and analyze key performance indicators Foster good working relationship with other department managers. Technician recruitment and hiring Technician retainment and career development Manage technicians on the floor to ensure quality and maximize efficiencies Schedule work flow and throughput in the shop All required federal, state, local, and industry compliance Customer and insurance estimating QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills Truck or car body shop technical knowledge. Experience with technician development and management. Display ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact. Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills. Exceptional people skills. Excellent computer skills including the entire Microsoft suite of products and the ability to learn the company IB software system.
