Electrical Assembly Technician
Location: Strafford, MO
Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Perform electrical wiring and component installation on shelters and enclosures
  • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
  • Test finished wiring and troubleshoot as needed
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools to assemble products
  • Inspect materials and finished work for quality standards
  • Package and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Rotate between workstations as needed to support production

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience (or related training/certification)
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentation
  • Experience bending conduit preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and commitment to quality
  • Team-oriented with a professional, dependable attitude

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Active, hands-on role: standing, walking, lifting, and assembling throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Requires use of hands, tools, and equipment regularly
  • Must follow all safety procedures, including wearing steel toe boots and safety glasses
