Job DetailsJob Location: Stratford CT - Stratford, CT 06615Position Type: Full TimeAs a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and supporting the sales process. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you'll help drive growth through lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development.   What You'll Do Qualify inbound leads to determine right-fit, timing, and project opportunities. Schedule meetings and introductory calls for sales team members. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and pipeline information. Participate in market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers for outreach. Prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals. Build relationships with sales team, sales support and leadership to support growth. Collaborate with leadership on front-end sales strategies and outreach campaigns. Assist with proposal follow-ups and client communications. Generate and nurture your own pipeline, create tailored proposals, and secure new business wins. Track activity metrics, pipeline development, and lead conversion performance.   What We're Looking For Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and desire to succeed in sales. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
