Stanley Steemer is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a strong team, this is a great opportunity!

Pay & Compensation
$17/hour base pay
+ 20% commission on services
Tips from satisfied customers
Most technicians earn between $20 per hour - $30 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Saturday + 1 weekday off.
Average 35–45 hours per week
Full-time opportunity with consistent work
Responsibilities
Perform carpet, upholstery, floor cleaning, air duct, and 24/7 emergency water restoration services in customer's homes and businesses
Provide excellent customer service while explaining services and recommendations
Operate company equipment and maintain cleanliness of work vehicles
Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
At least 19 years of age
Background check, motor vehicle, and drug test
Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Customer service skills
