The Nudyne Group is a family of companies providing standard and customized water heating, electric process heating, and related manufacturing solutions across commercial, industrial, food service, offshore/marine, government, processing, utility/energy, and residential markets. Marketing is a centralized department serving six companies and brands across multiple websites, digital channels, print, social media, trade shows, video, presentations, brochures, and other communications.

Position Overview

Marketing Coordinator is responsible for both the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects and the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across The Nudyne Group. Reporting to the CMO/Creative Director, this role keeps marketing projects, timelines, resources, and campaigns moving while managing digital programs designed to increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and qualified leads. The position works closely with designers, internal departments, and external paid search and website development partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, including campaign planning, timelines, priorities, and follow-through.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, websites, thought leadership, and related online campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to gather information and details needed for marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets, materials, and resources.
  • Create and manage SEO/SEM/GEO/AEO strategies; review analytics from paid search and website partners and report findings and recommendations to the CMO.
  • Analyze campaign and website performance metrics, identify trends and insights, and recommend opportunities to improve spend, performance, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work in HubSpot, Constant Contact, CallRail, and/or similar platforms for lead segmentation, marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer interaction tracking.
  • Manage website content within CMS platforms, make updates, structure content, maintain consistency across digital properties, and recommend creative ways to increase traffic and conversion.
  • Brainstorm, strategize, write, review, and edit clear, concise content for websites, brochures, videos, email, social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate, plan, and manage participation in trade shows and related marketing activities.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities across multiple companies, working independently while keeping the marketing team and stakeholders focused on deadlines.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, digital marketing developments, and emerging technologies to help inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or marketing project management; B2B or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Merchant Center, and email marketing platforms; experience with or strong interest in GEO/AEO.
  • Strong HubSpot knowledge, including lead segmentation, email automation, and email campaigns; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress, Strapi, and Payload; Shopify/product listing and e-commerce content experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, pivot when needed, and keep teams focused on deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop short- and long-form marketing content.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms.
  • Trade show coordination experience and/or agency project experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and comfortable generating ideas as well as executing them.
