           - Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI
           - Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab
           - Interventional Radiology
           - Bariatric bypass, Minimal vascular cases

Requirements:
• Active NE License or IMLC
• BC
• BLS
• DEA
• Fellowship
