POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the servicing of skis, snowboards, and boots. Technicians will be tuning, mounting, and repairing skis/snowboards, as well as providing excellent customer service to all guests. This position will be expected to assist on the sales floor with sales of both hard and soft goods as needed. This is a seasonal position with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. This position is paid at $20.00/hr.
Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Service skis and snowboards; including tuning, mounting and repairsÂ
- Assist customers in finding the right product, both hard and soft goodsÂ
- Maintain cleanliness of store and workspacesÂ
- Participate in promotional activitiesÂ
- Provide exemplary customer serviceÂ
- Assist with boot fitting, guidance towards sales of boots and assist with sales of other product sold as neededÂ
- Operate point of sale system and follow all cash handling proceduresÂ
- Additional duties as assignedÂ

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous retail, or customer service experience, preferred
- Outdoor sporting knowledge, a plus
- Must be a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Customer service oriented
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position will be required to work weekends and holidays.
