What You'll Do As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of the branch while delivering exceptional service to our members. This role serves as a key leader within the branch, supporting employee development, operational excellence, and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing branch employees. Support branch operations and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Deliver consistently exceptional member service as a primary point of contact for consumer and business member needs. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, and other remote service solutions. Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts. Conduct loan interviews and assist with loan processing, closing, and disbursement. Promote Credit Union products and services that meet members' financial needs. Resolve member concerns and identify opportunities to improve the member experience. Support achievement of branch goals and performance objectives. Minimum of three (3) years of Credit Union, banking, or related financial institution experience. Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience. Strong communication, member service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Associate's Degree. Experience with consumer lending, deposit account services, and branch operations. Required Certifications (Obtained After Hire) State of Ohio Credit Insurance License Bondable State and Federal registration to comply with the SAFE Act Notary Public NMLS Registration Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
