We are currently seeking a qualified Cook for our Childcare Center. Previous professional Cook experience is required and experience with children is highly preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks in accordance with Ohio childcare nutrition requirements and NSLP
Follow approved menus and modify meals as needed for children with allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions
Ensure all food is prepared safely and served at appropriate temperatures
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area-including food prep stations, storage areas, and equipment
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
Monitor food inventory and place supply and food orders weekly
High School diploma required
Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required

What We Need from You:Â Â
 Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications Â
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required Â
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.   Â
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.  Â
