Our interns are treated like full-time Partners who work 40 hours a week during the 3-month summer program, are compensated, and based out of headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio.     The Finance intern will use financial analysis, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to understand how the company’s expenses and budgeting effects the day to day and long-term processes of the company.      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reports to support needs of various departments.  Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor expenses, budgets and forecasts across business channels.  Creation of Ad Hoc reports and analysis for full-time partners  Monthly income statement review  Create and maintain reports in Power BI  Qualifications
