- Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000Â
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for full-time employees, paid in three increments: a. $400 after 3 months b. $800 after 6 months c. $800 after 12 months (not sure if you want to add this)Â
Job Responsibilities
- Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all person centered plans
- Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending community support plan meetings, developing plans as requested
- Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications
- Assisting team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carries out teaching as indicated
Requirements:
- Active RN license. Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
- Prefer one year of nursing experience.
- Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
- Valid drivers license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.
- Must maintain proficiency in company sponsored training and certifications and privileging if required.
Required Working ConditionsÂ
- You will work in both an office and residential (home) and community setting, with varying degrees of background noise.Â
Pre-employment screening:
- Complete criminal background
- Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
- Drug testing
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
- Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
