Job description
New Facility with paid factory training! The Ray Price dealerships are expanding and we're looking for an experienced Diesel technician to join us at our Ford location in Stroudsburg. Rate based on current factory training level and/or industry experience.


What You’ll Do:
  • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
  • Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  • Communicates with service adviser immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
  • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Road test vehicles
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
  • Inspect and test drive newly delivered vehicles for obvious damage and missing major components and drivability functions.
  • Install optional equipment specified by the customer or dealer.
What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in the use of shop tools
  • Great attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing including a background check
  • Ford certification preferred
