Maintenance Technician

Schedule:
- 1st shift - 7:30am - 4pm
- 30 minute unpaid lunch break
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read schematics
- Capable of wiring electrical circuits
- Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Good understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Troubleshooting skills in PLCs, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Experience in injection molding preferred
- Previous experience or education in industrial hydraulics and electricity up to 480V preferred
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair injection molding machines ranging from 75T to 850T
- Maintain all supporting equipment: conveyors, grinders, pneumatic systems, water heaters, etc
- Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints
- Conduct preventative maintenance duties per documented schedules
- Document all repairs and preventative maintenance activities to comply with ISO requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- All other duties as assigned
Compensation:
- $24 to $34 per hour starting pay, dependent on qualifications & experience
