Position Overview: The Parts Coordinator maintains proper fleet inventory and provides support to the Service Technicians with the locating, delivering and inventorying necessary parts and supplies in order to keep company equipment operating in optimum conditions.

The compensation range for this position is between $26.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Essential Functions:

  • Must possess knowledge in mechanical parts
  • Must be able to identify parts and their locations
  • Must be able to control inventory
  • Attend to calls from the mechanics
  • Determine the necessary part(s) needed to complete the repair(s)
  • Receive inventory from vendors and correctly identify, label and stock, both physically and in the computer.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels
  • Assist in maintaining vehicle inventory
  • Physically unload parts and place in the proper locations
  • Load and unload mechanic parts to and from service trucks
  • Must possess computer knowledge
  • Must possess shipping and receiving experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willing to work overtime when requested.
  • Willing to work outside of the normal work schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required for the position.
