We are seeking aLinux Systems Administratorwith strongLinuxandBashskills, plus hands-onAWSexperience (ASG, EC2, ALB, Route 53, RDS, etc). The ideal candidate will also have solidDBA/DB administrationknow-how.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Management:Provision, maintain, and secure Linux servers (patches, upgrades, troubleshooting).
AWS Infrastructure:Configure and optimize EC2 instances, Auto Scaling Groups, ALBs, Route 53, and RDS services.
Scripting & Automation:Develop and maintain Bash scripts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
Database Admin:Perform routine backups, restores, and basic performance tuning for RDS instances.
Monitoring & Security:Use Datadog to track system health; implement security best practices and compliance measures.
Collaboration:Coordinate with DevOps, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

4+ yearsof Linux systems administration experience.
Proficient inBash scriptingfor automation.
Solid understanding ofAWSservices
Basic-to-intermediateDBAskills, MySql and PostGres
Familiarity withGit, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Strongtroubleshootingskills andcommunicationin a remote environment.
Exposure toInfrastructure as Code(e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for potential future adoption.
Familiarity withcontainerization(Docker).
Additional scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, etc.).
