Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment performance Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction Qualifications: 5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferred Experience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills QualificationsQualifications: 5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferred Experience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
