About the Role
As our Freezer Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the freezer area, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and leading a team of freezer workers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cold environment.
What You Bring to the Pak
- Support the operations team by ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping in the freezer.
- Guide team members to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Help track inventory levels and update records as needed.
- Assist with basic equipment checks and coordinate maintenance needs with the operations team.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Pak
- Experience:
- Â 1-3 years in warehouse operations or within cold storage
- Education:
- Â High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certifications:
- Â Additional education or certifications in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 32°F.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
This pay range represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
