Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer – Overnight
Location: Suffolk, VA

Maximal Security Services LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in Suffolk, Virginia.

This is a full-time overnight position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
40 hours per week

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
Control access and verify identification when required.
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs), patrol scans, and incident reports using the company's mobile reporting application.
Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.
Notify supervisors and emergency services when appropriate.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications

Active Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer Registration, or the ability to obtain one if required for the assignment.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone capable of using the company's reporting application.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass any required background check and pre-employment screening.
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
