Must be available to work weekends. Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in Floral Design 2+ years of experience as a Manager Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day Other: Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation   RESPONSIBILITIES   Team Management + Design Hiring, coaching, Onboarding, Training Floral Design Team Setting Design and Production Goals for the Team Setting + Enforcing Design Standards Setting Work Schedules for Design Team Educating Team on Profitable, Executable Designs Hosting Team Meetings Designing + Attending Open Houses Upper Management Communication Communicating any Specific Needs to Operations Attending all BEO Meetings Communicating with Sales Manager on Proposals Approving Employee Payroll Executing Budget + Reviewing P+L   #Associate Qualifications
