Job Overview
RoofServ is hiring Job Superintendents to manage residential roofing projects out of our Buford office. This is a field-based role suited to reliable, motivated people who take pride in quality work and communicate well. You will run the job site day to day, keep crews on task, protect the homeowner’s property, and keep the office informed from start to finish.
What You Will Do
- Supervise day-to-day operations at roofing job sites
- Ensure job quality, site safety, and clean-up are properly maintained
- Document job progress and safety with photos and notes
- Communicate proactively with Project Managers and the office team
- Relay instructions to crews and confirm tasks are completed correctly
- Pick up or deliver additional materials as needed
- Protect homeowner property during installation
- Perform final walk-through inspections
- Submit detailed job reports
Required Qualifications
- Must own a reliable pickup truck
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Tech-savvy: able to use a smartphone or tablet for photos and reports
- Clean, professional appearance
- Willingness to travel throughout the metro Atlanta area
- Must pass a background check
- Non-smoking position
Preferred Qualifications
- Military veterans or first responders, current or former
- Experience in construction, roofing, or job site supervision
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Compensation
- $300 per day, paid bi-weekly
- W2 employee status
- Up to 5 days per week depending on workload and season
