Key Responsibilities:

- Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables efficiently and promptly

- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

- Refill water glasses and assist with china and utensil replenishment as needed

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining space, including wiping down tables and chairs

- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred, but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
