Job DetailsJob Location: Sugar Land, TX 77479Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Client ServicesHealix Infusion Therapy, LLC. is seeking for a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales team!   Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. This does not include travel requirements. Please note the candidate does NOT need to be located in the greater Houston area.   This is an ideal opportunity for early‑career sales professionals who are passionate about healthcare, eager to learn a complex service model, and motivated to grow into outside sales and future sales leadership positions.   I.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sales Development & Lead Generation Conduct outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings to engage physician practices, specialty clinics, and referral sources. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to support the outside sales team’s pipeline. Schedule introductory meetings, product/service overviews, and discovery calls for Regional & National Sales Executives. Maintain consistent activity metrics aligned with Healix’s sales process. Client Education & Value Messaging Communicate Healix’s infusion therapy management model, including clinical benefits, operational efficiencies, and financial advantages for physician practices. Articulate the value of in‑office infusion centers, including improved patient outcomes, lower cost of care, and enhanced patient satisfaction.    Support virtual presentations and webinars for prospective clients. Collaboration with Outside Sales & Marketing Partner closely with Regional & National Sales Executives to align outreach efforts with territory strategies.   Provide timely updates on lead status, prospect feedback, and competitive insights.   Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, messaging, and follow‑up strategies. Sales Leadership Development Program  Participate in structured training to build knowledge of:   Infusion therapy clinical concepts   Healix’s operational and financial model   Healthcare reimbursement and managed care programs   Sales negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling Demonstrate mastery of inside sales competencies to progress into outside sales roles. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all outreach, interactions, and pipeline activity in the CRM (Salesforce) Prepare weekly reports on lead generation, conversion metrics, and sales activity.     II.
