About the RoleÂ
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on efficiency and consistencyÂ
- Manage team performance, workflows, and operational outcomesÂ
- Ensure patients receive timely, professional, and supportive careÂ
Healthcare experience is not required — we provide full training.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow executionÂ
- Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to KPIs and standardsÂ
- Monitor operational metrics and use data to drive improvementsÂ
Requirements (Must-Haves)Â
- 10+ years of management experience managing 30+ employees
- Proven success managing performance, metrics, and process improvementÂ
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentÂ

- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or service-based operationsÂ
- Background in hospitality, retail, call center, or multi-unit leadershipÂ
