The Production Supervisor assures production schedule is met by planning daily work and training activities in shop, maintaining accurate material inventory levels, and supervising employees. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Accomplishes results by: assigning personnel, establishing and communicating priorities, goals, and job expectations, resolving problems and issues, and communicating information and results to management.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and productive work environment by assuring that operators receive proper training, have adequate resources, and thru the enforcement of established policies and procedures.
  • Assures all production and quality-related documents are properly filled out and filed or saved. 
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standards
  • Monitor and assure accuracy of production-related materials.
  • Suggest, initiate and/or fully participate in process improvement activities or projects
  • Follow all company guidelines and policies
  • Improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and seminars.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Bring  

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, and/or relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of ISO Quality standards as it pertains to the production process.
