The Production Supervisor assures production schedule is met by planning daily work and training activities in shop, maintaining accurate material inventory levels, and supervising employees.

What You'll Do

Accomplishes results by: assigning personnel, establishing and communicating priorities, goals, and job expectations, resolving problems and issues, and communicating information and results to management.
Maintains a clean, safe, and productive work environment by assuring that operators receive proper training, have adequate resources, and thru the enforcement of established policies and procedures.
Assures all production and quality-related documents are properly filled out and filed or saved.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards
Monitor and assure accuracy of production-related materials.
Suggest, initiate and/or fully participate in process improvement activities or projects
Follow all company guidelines and policies
Improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and seminars.
Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma, or equivalent, and/or relevant work experience.

Working knowledge of ISO Quality standards as it pertains to the production process.
