United Defense Tactical is a premium training facility bringing a new category of reality-based self-defense training to Sugar Land. We help people build confidence, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure through advanced simulation and scenario-based learning.
Every membership you enroll directly impacts someone’s ability to protect themselves and the people they care about. Programs may include self-defense and firearms-related elements, all delivered in a structured, controlled environment.
We are hiring ahead of our opening in Sugar Land.
No prior experience in personal safety or firearms is required.
This is a performance-driven sales role, not a typical retail or gym job.
Two Phases, One Role
Before we open: Enroll founding members during a limited presale window where urgency drives decisions.
After we open: Run live demos, convert walk-ins and appointments, and grow membership.
What You’ll Do
- Â Run live training demos and consultationsÂ
- Â Convert demo participants into membersÂ
- Â Maintain consistent, disciplined follow-up throughout the sales processÂ

Compensation
-  Base salary plus uncapped commission, with $60K–$90K total earnings potential

Requirements
- Â Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, especially in high-volume environmentsÂ
- Â Experience in fitness or membership-based sales is a plus, but strong sales fundamentals matter moreÂ
- Â Strong communication, follow-up, and closing abilityÂ
- Â Ability to work evenings and weekendsÂ
- Â Interest in personal safety or training environments is a plusÂ
