About the Role: 

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing critical account details and driving departmental goals. This role requires the proactive, accurate, and timely execution of sales activities in a fast-paced environment. By offering valuable exposure to cross-functional departments, this position serves as a strong foundation for long-term career growth within our global organization.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

● 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or supply chain.

● Proficiency in business information systems (i.e. gmail, spreadsheets, presentations)

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented team player.

● CRM software experience (preferred).

● Eagerness to learn our industry, services, and products.


Responsibilities:

● Provide general administrative and operational sales support as needed based on business priorities.

● Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across internal departments and external partners.

● Represent the company by developing strong expertise in our products.

● Collaborate with internal departments to support successful project execution.

● Partner with Product Development and Marketing to create client-facing messaging, presentations, and ongoing content improvements.

● Maintains updated sales pipeline and offer information for designated accounts

● Prepare and complete sales documentation, including item agreements, packaging intake forms, and quality documentation for assigned accounts

● Conduct ongoing retail store audits to complete comp shops, validate items, pricing, promotions and identify competitor’s items.

● Attend internal and external sales meetings and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.

● Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accuracy of customer and account records.

● Support account managers with customer meeting preparation and related materials.
