Lux Decor Collection is looking for energetic, camera-ready TikTok Live Hosts to represent our brand and drive sales through engaging live shopping experiences. If you love connecting with an audience, know how to keep viewers engaged, and can sell products with authentic enthusiasm — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Host live shopping streams on TikTok Shop, showcasing our home decor products
Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build community
Drive product sales through compelling, on-camera presentations
Collaborate with our marketing team on content themes, promotions, and scripts
Monitor live chat, respond to comments, and create an inviting, high-energy atmosphere
Track performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and adjust style accordingly

What We're Looking For

Strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking to a live audience
Excellent communication and sales skills
Familiarity with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, or similar live-selling platforms (Whatnot, Amazon Live, etc.) preferred but not required
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a regular streaming schedule
Interest in home decor/lifestyle products a plus
Must be able to work on-site in Sugar Land, TX

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $16–$22/hour based on experience, plus sales commission
Full-Time: Set weekly schedule with benefits eligibility (if applicable)
Part-Time: Flexible shifts, ideal for supplemental income
Opportunity for growth as our live shopping program scales
