POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for providing white glove IT application and system support to Prosperity new and existing employees. The position is a critical part of the user experience that the IT Department has created. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and effective teamwork. Candidates must be professional and able to communicate with users and leaders in a professional, courteous manner.Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIESÂ
- Responsible for receiving and updating tickets throughout the day.
- Ensure on-boarding and job function change service requests are completed within the defined SLA.
- Meet and review the employee or job function change is set up for accuracy – based on their role.
- Create tickets for items that are missing from the employees set up. Follow up to ensure the tasks have been completed.Â
- Collaborate with other IT Teams to ensure critical tasks are completed timely.Â
- Communicate with User Administration team when support is needed.
- Participate in Service Desk support activities when required.Â

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:Â College degree preferred. High school required.
Experience Required:Â 2-3 years of experience working in a customer-oriented environment.
 Experience working with the Microsoft 365 Suite.Â
Skills/Abilities:Â Complete daily departmental duties as assigned in a timely and professional manner in accordance with the IT Department standards.Â
Ability to prioritize and act autonomously while working in a fast-paced environment.Â
Ability to work well with and collaborate with team members.Â
 Exceptional organizational and technical skills.
 Complete service driven activities with a focus on soft skills.
 Must be able to communicate with users and work in a professional, courteous manner.Â
Ability to follow directions and procedures.Â

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
