What You'll Own You'll take full P&L accountability for the business — sales, operations, people, and profit. You have run — or been a top leader in — wireless retail (carrier, authorized retailer, or dealer). This is not the role to learn the category in. - Proven track record of hitting and beating aggressive sales targets in a multi-unit environment. - Real P&L ownership and the operational discipline to back it up. - A field operator's instincts: you'd rather be in a store than in a slide deck. - The ability to build, coach, and hold a leadership team accountable. - Data fluency — you make decisions from the numbers, not from gut alone. - Willingness to travel across markets regularly. - An entrepreneurial, no-excuses mindset.
