Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers.
    Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers.
    Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval
    Manage customer requests, including changes to art.
    Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
    Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements.
    Understand the product flow through production departments.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
    Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
    Have an understanding of artwork and Flexo Printing
    Strong customer service and communication skills
    Detailed-oriented with a high level of organization.
    Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time
    Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) are a plus
    Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) are a plus
    Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus
    Ability to use both Mac / PC
