Job Title : Facility Support Technician

Join Our award winning team at the Wallhouse Hotel located in Walnut Creek, Ohio.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team, This role is idea for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean safe, and well kept enviroment whilesupporting the overall upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
Completes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
Maintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
Assist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exterior
Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
Preform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications:

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable, detail oriented and takes initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priortize
Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Must be available to work weekends
Must be on call for any emergency that may come up
