A Typical Shift
You’ll start by checking messages, updating the group and event calendar, and confirming upcoming details. During the day you’ll take sales calls, coordinate bookings, and stay in touch with clients so nothing is missed. When events are on-site, you’ll help with setup and teardown and remain available in case guests need support. A few times each week, you’ll switch gears to cover 2–3 front desk shifts (including weekends), helping the property run smoothly from arrival through departure.
