What You'll Do

  • Lead all daily Parts Department operations.
  • Maintain the right inventory at the right time.
  • Improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Fixed Operations leadership to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coach and develop your team to perform at a high level.
  • Monitor KPIs and create action plans that deliver measurable results.
