| Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain and recommend improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g. ISO 22716) and regulations through data analysis, auditing, and continuous improvement activities. |

| Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related scientific discipline. American Society for Quality (ASQ) Quality Engineer certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years quality experience required. Previous leadership experience and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong technical writing skills required. Other Qualifications: Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to internal and external customers. Possess the ability to establish rapport with direct reports, must have proven ability with positive team building skills, leading by example. |
