Job Description
Turner & Townsend are seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA/QC Construction Project Manager to support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities on construction and renovation projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects meet established quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations while supporting overall project delivery.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standardsÂ
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental complianceÂ
- Review construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructabilityÂ
- Support RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and trackingÂ
- Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risksÂ
- Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance recordsÂ
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processesÂ
- Support project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progressÂ
- Assist in managing project risks related to quality, safety, and complianceÂ
- Participate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholdersÂ
- Review as-built documentation and assist in project closeout activitiesÂ
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycleÂ
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.Â

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredÂ
- 8+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)Â
- Experience implementing QA/QC programs and supporting construction site operationsÂ
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processesÂ
- Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practicesÂ
- Strong organizational and documentation skillsÂ
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersÂ
Preferred CertificationsÂ
- OSHA 30Â
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)Â
- Project Management Professional (PMP)Â
Work EnvironmentÂ
- Primarily on-site role supporting active construction projectsÂ
- May require travel depending on project needsÂ
