In this important role, you will assist him in developing essential independent living skills, improving communication and social interaction, and engaging in community activities related to recreation, social events, and physical fitness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership abilities, patience, and excellent organizational skills.  This Gentleman has a passion for sports, podcasts, broadcasting, and attending local social events such as baseball games. The ideal candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic, and share some of his interests.  To apply, please submit a resume or a summary of your experience.  Candidate must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, especially when electronically logging each day's time, mileage, and service documentation. DSP must have a valid email address.    Hours and days of work   Monday & Tuesday  (9am to 5pm)     Pay rate: $22 per hour when providing direct support.
