Warehouse Worker, Day Shift

Job Description:

Mountain State Beverage is proud to supply all 55 counties in West Virginia with over 2,000 different varieties of Wine, Spirits, and Craft Beer.

This position has primary responsibility for receiving inventory, replenishment and/or put-away activities either cases or bottles, record keeping of stock movements, inventory audits, repack damage products functions, pre picking orders either priority or next day orders, and housekeeping.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Complete our forklift certification program. Receive inventory following company process. Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations either with equipment or manual process depending on area. Replenish locations for selection. Recording stock movements and breakage each day.
 

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Order selection and cleanup activities as directed. Ability to accurately follow processes and procedures for any warehouse function.

Safety Overview

• Ability to preform job duties as instructed by process and follow rules and regulation pertaining to warehouse and all equipment safety regulations.

• Use of cell phone strictly prohibited in warehouse, can be used during break and lunch periods outside of normal work area.
