What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor the Miraflex press to meet safety, quality, and production targets
Lead set ups, changeovers, and job verification
Troubleshoot mechanical, print, and material issues
Ensure quality checks and documentation are completed accurately
Communicate with maintenance, ink, and production teams
Support and mentor crew members
What You Bring
Frequent reading, writing, and basic computer use
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50+ lbs
Shift work required, including 12-hour and 7-day rotating schedules
