Assistant General Manager

Take your career to the next level as a Taco Bell Assistant Manager with JEM Restaurant Group! We’re looking for talented Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join our teams in South Carolina and Georgia, with an annual salary range of $50,000–$60,000.

As an AGM, you’ll support the Restaurant General Manager by helping lead daily operations, scheduling team members, managing inventory and ordering, and training and developing the crew. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and guest‑focused restaurant experience.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure smooth shift execution and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards
• Manage labor and food costs to support strong financial performance
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serve as the RGM’s right‑hand leader and step in when they’re away
