Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and management of our Client Accounting Services (CAS) department. This role is responsible for building a scalable bookkeeping and accounting platform that supports both external client needs and internal forensic workflows.

 The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with an operational mindset to design processes, manage a team, and deliver consistent, high-quality financial reporting. This is a leadership opportunity for a professional who wants to build and manage a department within a growing and specialized firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards.
- Work in a team environment on multiple matters with challenging and changing deadlines.
- Develop and implement standardized workflows for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Manage and oversee client accounting engagements across multiple entities and industries
- Establish quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and defensibility of financial data
- Build, train, and supervise a team of client accountants and bookkeepers
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage engagement timelines
- Serve as primary point of contact for client accounting relationships
