POSITION

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Summerville, SC location.

SCOPE OF POSITION

Serves as the liaison between external customers and the Hood Packaging organization regarding the processing, follow-up, and expediting of all orders from initial placement through actual delivery, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Assists in assuring compliance with HACCP, GMPs, Work Instructions, and Safe Quality Food System (SQF) requirements to support food safety and quality standards. Operates within the limits of applicable policies, procedures, and established plans, with the authority to take action and make decisions as necessary, while maintaining full accountability for results, recognizing that the delegation of duties does not relieve responsibility for overall performance outcomes.
