ATTENTION DENTAL FRONT OFFICE/TREATMENT COORDINATORS!! **$1000 SIGN ON BONUS**

High Tide Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team.

We are a one-doctor, one-hygienist practice with an Office Manager who actively supports the front desk. This position requires dental office experience and a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and helps patients feel comfortable with their treatment and financial options.

Hours:
 Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Arrive by 7:45 AM)

What you'll do:

• Present treatment plans and financial options
• Review insurance benefits and patient estimates
• Schedule appointments and follow up on treatment
• Answer phones and assist with check-in and checkout
• Collect payments and review patient balances
• Support the daily needs of the front office

What we're looking for:

• Previous dental front office experience
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Strong understanding of dental insurance
• Professional and confident patient communication
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Dentrix experience is a plus!
