REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS  

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a loan servicing role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Prior experience with FiServ loan servicing software

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

  •  Perform daily operational processes, including escrow and insurance tracking, payment & payoff processing, exception item processing, file maintenance, and loan booking. 
  • Promptly respond to loan servicing requests Actively contribute to the department's productivity, efficiency, and expense control goals. 
  • Pursue continuing education to stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards. 
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned. 
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulatory compliance. 

KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS

  •  1-3 years insurance tracking and escrow experience is strongly desired but not required. 
  • Demonstrated competency of loan servicing functions and procedures. 
  • Thorough knowledge of escrow accounts and insurance tracking. 
  • Proven ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced and continually changing environment. 
  • Strong management and communication skills. 
  • Genuine desire to contribute towards a supportive and collaborative team environment.
