REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a loan servicing role
- Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Prior experience with FiServ loan servicing software
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform daily operational processes, including escrow and insurance tracking, payment & payoff processing, exception item processing, file maintenance, and loan booking.
- Promptly respond to loan servicing requests Actively contribute to the department's productivity, efficiency, and expense control goals.
- Pursue continuing education to stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulatory compliance.
KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS
- 1-3 years insurance tracking and escrow experience is strongly desired but not required.
- Demonstrated competency of loan servicing functions and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of escrow accounts and insurance tracking.
- Proven ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced and continually changing environment.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Genuine desire to contribute towards a supportive and collaborative team environment.
