A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Reputation management experience Knowledge on Social Media Platforms Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM. Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business and customer needs.
