We want team members to feel like they're welcomed with the unique experiences and growth we can offer. Why this job matters

Be the friendly face and attentive service that makes Warehouse 101, Whitecaps, Banquets, and the Gaming Floor unforgettable. From taking orders to delivering meals and beverages with a smile, you'll create warm connections, support your teammates, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

What you bring to the table

  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Set the stage for a smooth shift by assisting with opening and closing side work.
  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide helpful, professional service throughout their visit.
  • Guide guests through food and beverage offerings, answer questions, and deliver items with polished tray service.
  • Stay mindful of responsible alcohol service, keeping communication open with the bartender and team.
  • Ensure every dish meets the restaurant's standards; if something's not right, request a re-fire so guests always enjoy the best.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

Physical stuff to know
We've included the typical physical parts of the job here. If you need an accommodation to do the work, just let us know-we're here to support you.

You'll need to be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when we are busy. During your shift, you'll be on your feet standing for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use your hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, bend, twist, reach and otherwise be physically limber as duties necessitate. Occasionally sit. It's important to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure, especially when dealing with stressful situations or upset people. Just a heads-up-the casino environment may expose you to secondhand smoke.

This is a quick summary of the main duties and requirements-it might not cover everything you could be asked to do.

Must-haves, nice-to-haves, and maybe some bonus points

  • Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
  • GED or HS Diploma preferred.
  • Previous food and/or beverage experience required.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality field with demonstrated excellent guest service abilities.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card meeting and maintaining health and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
