Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily care activities while promoting comfort and dignity
- Support nurses and other healthcare team members in delivering high-quality patient care
- Obtain and document vital signs, observations, and patient information accurately
- Communicate patient updates and concerns promptly to the care team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and visitors
- Observe patients and report changes in condition or behavior
- Provide compassionate, respectful service to patients and their families
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient department operations
- Assist with patient safety monitoring and observation as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:Â
- Must have a current CNA certificate
- Must be on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry
