Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lawrence Correctional Center in Sumner, Illinois.  The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. Shifts: We're hiring for days, evenings and nights. The schedule consists of 4 shifts/week (2 - 8 hour, 2 - 12 hour).
