Position Description: Serves as the senior contractor representative and principal point of contact with the Government for all ARCENT augmentation support activities. Responsible for overall contract execution, staffing, recruiting, employee supervision, quality control, financial management, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction. Ensures timely delivery of all contract requirements supporting ARCENT headquarters operations, theater sustainment activities, operational planning, logistics synchronization, and strategic initiatives. Advises Government leadership on staffing requirements, performance metrics, process improvements, and mission support priorities. Oversees subcontractor performance and ensures compliance with contract requirements, policies, and applicable regulations.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior contractor representative and trusted advisor to ARCENT leadership, providing strategic oversight of all contract operations and mission support activities.
  • Lead all aspects of contract execution, ensuring exceptional performance, mission alignment, and full compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Direct workforce planning, recruiting, staffing, onboarding, retention, and succession planning to maintain a highly qualified and mission-ready workforce.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for contractor personnel supporting ARCENT headquarters, operational planning, sustainment, logistics, and theater operations.
  • Establish and enforce quality control processes that drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics, staffing levels, deliverables, and mission requirements, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies to mitigate staffing, operational, financial, and performance challenges while maintaining uninterrupted mission support.
  • Advise Government leadership on workforce requirements, organizational effectiveness, performance trends, and strategic mission support priorities.
  • Manage contract resources, budgets, labor utilization, and financial performance to maximize efficiency and ensure responsible stewardship of Government resources.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Government stakeholders, supported organizations, and subcontractors to ensure synchronized and effective mission execution.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and accountability, ensuring all partners meet contract requirements, performance standards, and mission objectives.
  • Lead rapid response efforts for surge requirements, organizational transitions, contingency operations, and emerging mission needs.
  • Ensure contractor personnel maintain compliance with all security, training, safety, and organizational requirements.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings, performance assessments, operational updates, staffing analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiencies that enhance mission effectiveness and customer value.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, responsiveness, and mission-focused performance across the workforce.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, Army directives, and ARCENT policies.
  • Maintain an active Secret security clearance and comply with all security requirements associated with the position.
  • Perform additional leadership and program management duties necessary to ensure mission success.
