Position Overview:

This position will handle information regarding motor vehicle titles and registration processes. The Senior Processing Specialist Admin is administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents.  This position is responsible for accurately maintaining functional reporting. A strong attention to detail is required.  This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to include processing, invoicing research, customer service, and other duties assigned.  Overtime may be required.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain functional reporting
  • Maintaining Intermediate knowledge of TNR processing as related to all vessels titles plus basic understanding of client systems.
  • Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations related to vehicle titles.
  • Run and Maintain Daily Reporting
  • Track and Monitor Supply/Inventory
  • Provide Administrative support for office operations
  • Participate and complete developmental training sessions related to job description
  • Maintain KPI
  • Data analysis
  • Data enter key information into internal applications 
  • Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to processes and services of TNR
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position
  • Role has potential to be a customer facing role.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Exhibit effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to the audience
  • Notify leadership of any system issues, client concerns, process breakdowns, and other feedback to ensure quick review and resolution
  • Assist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basis
  • Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by Office Manager

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • TX DMV Certified Processor experience Preferred
  • Computer experience – MS EXCEL (a must)
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and perform within multiple work systems simultaneously.
  • Must demonstrate reliability and dependability, including schedule adherence and attendance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying personalities
  • Strong communication and the ability to build genuine relationships and establish trust at all levels; exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills, with a patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong data entry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Title Clerk experience
  • Proficiency in Windows OS
  • Advanced data entry (10‑key, 60 WPM, 120 KPM)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams
  • Experience using RTS
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
